Returns
We will accept the return of unsatisfactory merchandise for up to 21 days, as
long as all tags are still attached, the receipt must be enclosed, and it must
be in its original condition and packaging.
Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed and
up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Please follow the steps below for a return or exchange.
1) Call (510) – 658 – 0203 or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number
(RAN).
We will not accept a return without a RAN
2) Send a package, including your RAN, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method

Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with the color of an item that is purchased, you may make
an exchange within 21 days of the sales date.
Damage/Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event of damaged or incorrect merchandise through shipment, please contact us and
we will reimburse you.
